Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for orders placed outside sale periods.

Non-Returnable Products: Due to hygiene standards, we don’t accept returns on certain items, including Caps, Socks, Rugs, Hats, Masks, Boxers, Shorts, Bodysuits, Crop Tops, Tank Tops, Baby Tees, and stationery items like Stickers.

Condition: Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached.

Return Refusals: We reserve the right to decline returns if items appear used, washed, damaged, or spoiled (unless they arrived damaged).

Defective Products: If you've received a defective item, please email unboxing videos and photos via the App or Website, and our Customer Experience Team will assist.
Return Charges and Refunds
- Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable both COD & Prepaid and You will get rest amount refund or exchange according to the issue.
- Refund Method: Refund is to be issued as credits to your Socks Grips Wallet only.
Note- We have 7 Days return and replacement policy, on any wrong product or damaged product,

Conditions- Customer should raise complain same day if there is wrong or damaged product in our support email id, info@socksgrip.com
Customer must provide unboxing video For Return or replacement .
Unboxing video should be make in front of delivery person, and product packaging should be in intact condition,
We provide return and replacement on Cod orders,
For prepaid orders we have only exchange policy, no refund,
If we found customer try to claim refund wrongly, and misuse our policy ,we will reject return request.
If customer failed to meet our unboxing requirements we will not accept return or exchange request .
If our product is delivered to customer without our fault, but still customer wants refund,
customer have to bear 500 rupees courier charges up front, Means customer have to pay 500 Rupees In advance
Before return pickup, and balance amount we will pay after 72 hrs to customers bank account,
After return product came back into our warehouse , we will to qc check of that product, if there is any damage from
customer side, we will not refund any amount,
